Canterbury Park and Dailey Realty & Auction will be holding the 2025 Yearling Sale on Sunday, August 24^th at Canterbury Park.  The Sale will be managed by Jay and Willa Dailey, Dailey Realty and Auction Service, with Jay Dailey as the Sale Contact.  The sale will be held in the Canterbury Park Expo Center and consignments will be stalled in the Receiving Barn.

                The 2025 sale will be limited to Thoroughbreds, with MN-bred yearlings and weanlings preferred.  Other than MN-bred TB yearlings and weanlings will be accepted.  All hip numbers will be assigned by a random draw.  MN-breds and other than MN-breds will be combined in the sale.  We will not be selling groups based on where they were foaled, however, weanlings will see first followed by yearlings.  We will be listing the State in the catalog.  The stall cards and auction tote bord will clearly indicate the foaling state and it will be communicated multiple times by the Pedigree Reader and Auctioneer.

                Included in this mailing you will find all the paperwork necessary to consign your horses to the Sale.  It is critical that all paperwork and payment be in the Sale Office by Noon on Friday, June 27^th.  Digital JCC must also be assigned to the Dailey Realty & Auction by this deadline.  Incomplete consignments will not be accepted.  Pedigrees will be sent to the Jockey Club for pedigree compilation at Noon on July 1^st.  Any changes in submissions must be communicated to the Sale Office no later than Noon on July 27th Yearlings submitted for pedigrees are expected to be presented at the sale.  By submitting your consignments to the Sale, you agree to abide by all the rules set forth and that your consignment fee is non-refundable.
