Finance and Commerce Postpones Hearing on “Ban HHR” Bill

St. Paul, MN – The House Finance and Commerce Committee sent a notice out in the last thirty minutes regarding the hearing on HF 5274, the bill that would, among other provisions, specifically prohibit Historical Horse Racing Machines in Minnesota.

The complete text of the message from Committee Administrator Simon Brown is as follows:

“Hello- the Commerce Committee will not reconvene tonight. We plan to take up HF5274 tomorrow at 3pm in Room 200. I will send the notice shortly.”

The notice with the agenda was received at 6:53 PM Central Time. The new agenda and location is:
